Content Manager overview:
With Open Tributes web services we provide a friendly
user interface for you to manage the content within your web site. This
will provide you the capability of editing or modifying your website. Nearly
all pages can be modified within the interface.
Modify all Front Pages:
The front pages are the pages your visitors will see,
such as the home page, services, history and contact us pages and with Content
manger you have full assess to modify the content of these pages.
Add and Edit Eulogies:
We provide you with an initial list of eulogies.
With our website Content Manager interface, you can edit these eulogies or add
new eulogies. Each eulogy has an area for a Title, Author, Ranking,
Eulogy and the ability to enable or disable the eulogy. By changing the
ranking, you can control the order of the eulogy selection.Add/Edit Eulogy
Background Image:
We provide you with an initial list of Back Ground
images for the Eulogies. With our website Content Manager interface, you
can add new images and enable or disable the selections. Each eulogy Back
Ground image has an area for a Title, Copyright information, Ranking, Eulogy,
Select the color of the Eulogy text and the ability to enable or disable the
Back Ground images.
Add/Edit Guest Book Symbols:
We provide an initial batch of images for visitors to select when
signing the guest book, which you can enable of disable.Monitor Guest Book
Entries:
All Guest Book entries are tracked and you can review
all entries. If you ever see any offensive entry, you can disable the
entry before your clients see the comments. Since the entries are tracked
via the internet IP address, you can locate the user if harassment is obvious.
Maintain Memorial codes:
To ensure that only your clients can create memorials, a
list of Memorial code are generated. To issue a memorials code, you have
a choice of either printing the code with instructions which we provide or you
can email the instructions, of course you have control of the email content.
