Feature description of Funeral Home memorials and obituaries

Memorial overview:
    Each memorial contains the following pages: Family Notice, Eulogy, Eulogy Background image, Interactive Guest Book, Interface to Sign the Guest Book and User Uploaded Photo. By Default, all memorials are visible as long as you have your website.

Family Notice:
    Each Memorial contains a Family Notice. Users can provide personal and demographical information, also there is plenty of space for a life history of the deceased.

Eulogy:
    We provide a variety of Eulogies for your clients to select in remembrance of their lost loved one.

Eulogy Background:
    We provide a variety of Background images for your clients to select  in remembrance of the deceased personality. The initial Background images include photos of landscapes, crosses, fishermen, golfers and many others. You can enable and disable any photos with an easy to use interface (see content manager).

Upload Photo:
    Unlike many memorial sites, you clients can upload photos straight from their computer. If you prefer, one of your staff members can scan a photo for your customer and upload the photo for them.

Interactive Guest Book with Icon Symbols:
    Visitors can sign the Guest Book and input the following information: Name, City, Comment, Select a Symbol to match their personality can choose to show or hide their email address. Upon signing the guestbook, the visitor will receive and email which provides a direct web link to the memorial. Every time five users sign the Guest Book and email is sent out to all the people who has signed the guestbook stating to come read the latest Guest Book entries. Of course, your company name and website will be listed as the signature of the email.

Customer Maintained Memorials:
    One big feature of our memorials is your clients can maintain the content of the memorial. They have the ability to Modify the Family notice , Select a different Eulogy, Select a different Back Ground Image for the Eulogy, change the Photo and maintain the Guest Book. They have the ability to hide Guest Book entries which they feel are insensitive. Upon creating a memorial, your clients receive a user name and password. You also have access to the Guest Book entries (see Content Manager).

Most Recent Memorial Listing:
    The main memorial page displays the most recent memorial/obituaries, with a short description which the visitors can click to access the full memorial.

Searchable Memorial Database:
    The Memorial/Obituary database can be searched by visitors. The search results list the memorials from the most current to the oldest.

Only Your Clients Can Create Memorials:
    We provide a list of codes you clients are required to input to create a memorial. This keeps stranger from creating a memorial on your web site. When the code is generate, the code is emailed to your customer with the link to direct link to create the memorial. Also, the code is displayed on a friendly, easy to read web page in which you can print and allow your customer to take home.

Very User Friendly:
    The Memorials are easy for visitors to find, easy to navigate through and add comments. Your clients are able to maintain the memorial in a very user friendly web interface.

Automated Email System:
    Automated Email is generate for the following actions: Generate access code for your clients to create a memorial. When the memorial is completely created. Forgotten password can be emailed to the memorial owner. The memorial owner can send a link through their maintenances interface. When a visitor signs the Guest Book. After five visitors leave a comments, all visitor receive an email.
